Job Description

The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Helpdesk candidate for our North Shore managed service clients.  This Helpdesk candidate will provide remote support to New England based clients.  Additional responsibilities of this Helpdesk support role include:

  • Provide maintenance and support for assigned clients
  • Enter revised status information into the incident management system (ConnectWise)
  • Provide follow up support to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical field
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Windows Server 2003 / 2008; Windows XP, Window 7
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with Exchange is a plus
  • Basic networking knowledge is required
