Job Description

The Alexander Technology Group is seeking an entry level helpdesk candidate for a 3 month contract to hire opportunity.  This helpdesk position is with a North Shore IT services company.  This helpdesk candidate will be responsible for remote support of clients.  Relevant required skills include:

  • A+ or Network+ certification
  • Experience with a ticketing system
  • Windows experience. 
  • Active Directory 
  • Network support / connectivity
