Helpdesk Support Level II: Fairhaven, MA (228815)
Job Description

The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Helpdesk Support candidate of a contract opportunity with our South Shore client.  This Helpdesk candidate will be responsible for the remote and desk side support of onsite end-users.  Additional responsibilities of this position include:   

  • Respond to support e-mails and log in ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot basic printer, scanner, and fax machine issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows based application issues
  • Monitor health of servers and workstations
  • Assist in hardware and software roll-outs


Qualifications:

  • Provisioning Microsoft Office
  • Exchange support
  • Active Directory
  • Routers/Switches
  • Printer Setup /Deployment
