The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Helpdesk Support candidate for our client north of Boston. This is a contract opportunity with the possibility of permanent hire. This Helpdesk candidate will provide first level support while fielding and resolving 15-20 issues remotely each day. This helpdesk candidate will have the following experience:
· 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk environment
· Strong customer support and documentation skills
· Prior experience with a ticketing system
· Hardware and software troubleshooting
· Basic network connectivity experience
· Experience with Windows XP, 7, Vista
· Active Directory and Exchange support
· Desktop imaging and support
