Desktop Support Technician: Boston, MA (229615)
Job Description
The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Desktop Support candidate for one of our financial services clients in Boston, MA. This Desktop Support role is an immediate long-term contract opportunity.  In this role, the Desktop Support candidate will provide phone and desk-side support to over 1,000 end-users, on-site and remotely.   

Desired experience includes:
Excellent Customer Service
- Windows 7
- MAC OS 
- iOS (
iPhone Support)
Peripheral Support (Android and Blackberry)
- Strong troubleshooting in Outlook
- Strong troubleshooting in Office 365

- VPN
- Active Directory
