IT Support Specialist: Cambridge, MA (229787)
Job Description

The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Sr. Desktop Specialist for a life-science client in the Cambridge area. The Sr. Desktop Specialist must be able to handle project work as well as provide helpdesk/desk-side support to the company's end users (roughly 100-120 users). Our client is looking for someone who is intuitive (talk with users about issues, see big picture and if there's ways to prevent other users from having similar problems). 

  • Image builds, packaging, deploying applications, help set up their Wireless, and troubleshoot things such as Office 365 in the cloud. 

  • Nice to have Microsoft Certifications: MTA, MCP, ITIL

  • Other nice to have certs: Network +, CompTIA A+

 Not required but big plus if you are familiar with:

  • CGMP/GXP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) or 

  • 21 CFR, Annex II (e-signature, audit trails).
