Job Description

The Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk candidate for our client, a Metro West IT service provider.  The helpdesk position is a contract to hire opportunity.  This candidate will be responsible for remote support of service subscribers.  This role is a Monday through Friday schedule.  The right candidate will have experience with:

·         Citrix / VMWare

·         Remote phone support (excellent customer service)

·         Windows 7/10

·         Active Directory/Exchange Administration experience

·         Peripheral device support

·         Router/Switch/Controls

·         Firewall troubleshooting

·         Network support
