Job Description

The Alexander Technology Group is seeking an individual for Helpdesk Support (Financial Trading Applications) for a top financial services client of ours in Boston, MA. This Helpdesk Support (Financial Trading Applications) candidate will be responsible for support of trading system applications & customers. On a daily basis they will interact with users in investments, trading, back-office, and systems professionals for issue resolving. They will also take on some Business Analysis tasks such as requirements gathering and testing. 

Top skills desired:

  • FIX protocol, TransactTools TCM, eTrade, Minverva

  • Have worked with third party applications such as MatLab, Eikon, PrimeTrade, and MarketAxess. 

  • Previous experience operating & testing Unix, Oracle or Sybase, and client/server
