JOB SUMMARY
Our Portsmouth, NH client is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and can work on-site regularly.
Skill Set/Responsibilities

Assist with handling 1st tier issues, answers users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.

Working knowledge of Active Directory needed. Must have experience creating and modifying users.

Installs and troubleshoots desktop hardware, printers, phones, etc.

Installs and troubleshoots Windows 10 Operating Systems including installing desktop applications.

Clearly communicates technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
